GUARDIANE-Q is being developed by an industrial consortium coordinated by Trinity Energy Storage, which also includes H2B2, Plexus, Hydra Space and Quside. Each of these companies provides complementary technological capabilities covering the various scientific and industrial fields required for the project's development.

The consortium combines expertise in energy storage, hydrogen technologies, systems intelligence, space communications and quantum cybersecurity. This complementarity allows for an integrated approach to the technological challenges associated with the protection of critical underground hydrogen storage infrastructures.
In addition, several of the participating entities have previously collaborated on research and development projects, and have a solid track record in national and international R&D initiatives linked to energy transition, technological security and critical infrastructures.
The consortium is also supported by a network of collaborating entities from the academic and technological fields that provide specialised scientific knowledge and experimental validation capabilities.
Thanks to this combination of industrial, technological and scientific capabilities, GUARDIANE-Q meets the necessary conditions to address the project's technological challenges in a coordinated manner and generate results with high potential for future transfer.

Supporting entities
The project has the scientific and technological support of various research entities that provide specialised knowledge and experimental capabilities.
Governance
GUARDIANE-Q is an industrial research project aimed at the design and conceptual validation of an integrated advanced security architecture for critical green hydrogen underground storage infrastructures.
The project is aligned with Mission 6 of the Science and Innovation Missions Programme of the Centre for the Development of Technology and Innovation (CDTI), which is focused on strengthening national technological capabilities for strategic autonomy in security and defence.
How the project is managed
Project coordination is structured through a governance framework that ensures technical alignment between the partners, progress monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
GUARDIANE-Q has a Management Committee made up of representatives from the participating companies, responsible for overseeing the project's technical progress and making decisions regarding its development.
Likewise, the project is structured into working groups associated with each technical activity, coordinated by the leaders of each work package.
